Product Overview
Our 316L stainless steel underwater light is engineered for permanent submersion in pools, fountains, ponds, and water gardens. The complete housing utilizes SUS316L stainless steel with fully potted internal electronics—eliminating air gaps and preventing condensation issues for reliable long-term performance.
Advanced Thermal Management
Built-in overheat sensor system monitors internal temperature and automatically shuts down at 75°C to ensure product longevity. Inside the 316L stainless housing, premium CREE, Osram, or Edison LED chips deliver high brightness with minimal lumen depreciation.
Durable Construction
The 8mm IK10 tempered glass withstands pool vacuum impacts and accidental hits from cleaning equipment. Optical lens efficiency exceeds 85%, with PMMA lens options providing >90% light transmittance without affecting LED color temperature.
Color Control Options
Available in crisp 6000K white for safety illumination or RGB color-changing effects for ambiance. Single-color options include warm white (3000K), natural white (4000K), and cool white (6000K), plus other colors (red, blue, green, yellow, pink, amber). RGB 3-in-1 and RGBW 4-in-1 versions operate on DMX512 control systems with RDM support for remote monitoring.
Installation Guidelines
Recessed mount using the included ABS mounting sleeve. IP68 rating allows up to 1.5 meters submersion depth. Important: This luminaire must be installed underwater to prevent overheating—air operation voids the warranty.
Quality Assurance
Every unit undergoes 8-hour burn-in testing and 30 quality inspection checkpoints before leaving the factory. Each light is submerged for 12+ hours of deep water testing to verify IP68 seal integrity.
